The casting technique
After the inspection of the old pipes, new ones are injection cast several times into the existing pipes using polyester plastic. The plastic is allowed to harden for one hour before another layer is cast.
When the cast layers have hardened, a whole new pipe has formed inside the old, existing one. The thickness of the new pipe wall is, on average, 4mm depending on the evenness of the inside surface of the old pipe.
