At NewLiner, the starting premise of sewer pipe renovation is quality assurance. Our quality assurance system ensures that the end result of our work fulfils set requirements. Quality assurance at NewLiner encompasses all planned and systematic procedures necessary for the monitoring of the relining process in its different stages.
In fact, NewLiner offers quality assurance already when the contract offer is made. Before we accept a job, we examine the health of the existing pipes. The pipes are inspected via a camera to determine the location of possible fractures and holes. The fitness of the joints and the suitability of the pipes for renovation using the NewLiner relining techniques are ascertained as well.
If need be, the pipes can be test milled to determine their condition. Should it prove that the old pipes are badly damaged or cracked, the suitability of NewLiner relining for renovating the damage to achieve reliable and high-quality results will be discusses with the client.
Quality is monitored throughout the whole process. All deviances and problems are documented and fixed. When the pipes are relined, the quality of the pipes is subjected to camera inspection. The information gathered is saved and given to the client in conjunction with the approval. The documents serve as the guarantee, and can be useful for future pipe renovations as well.
To ensure customer satisfaction, NewLiner offers a generous 10 year maintenance guarantee for the pipes it has refurbished. Thus NewLiner provides its clients long-term security which extends beyond the requirement of the General conditions for building contract.
The guarantee primarily concerns repair responsibility. We, as the contractor, are obligated to repair, at our expense any defects that have become evident while the guarantee is in effect which can be proven to have resulted from our actions. We are not responsible for flaws caused, for example, by the actions of others, by natural wear or the neglect of regular maintenance.
