NEWLINER RELINING
NewLiner pipe relining makes it possible to create new pipes into already existing sewer pipe systems. NewLiner offers two relining techniques for our clients to choose from: injection casting and pipe lining. Both processes produce new pipes, the service lives of which are comparable to that of new, traditionally built sewer pipes.
The injection casting technique is best suited to sewer pipes located inside buildings. The pipe liner technique is particularly suited to under-ground pipes or pipes located in cellars, as well as to the relining of vertical pipes. With NewLiner pipe relining, the pipes are renovated without causing damage to existing structures. The old pipes are used as a mould within which new pipes are cast or lined. Wall and floor surfaces remain intact, old pipes need not be destroyed and the outdoor areas surrounding the building undergoing pipe relining do not need to be dug up.
NewLiner pipe relining is reliable, fast and convenient, and the residents don't need to move out for the duration of the pipe renovation. The relining of the pipes for one apartment in a block of flats using the injection casting technique, for example, takes on average only one working day. Additionally, floor and wall surfaces remain intact and there is no need to dig up the courtyard or street. This makes NewLiner relining fast and cost effective.
