Our activities are based on our company’s quality system. Its guiding principle is to plan, actualise and continually evaluate our activities. Commonly agreed-upon quality assurance methods are a part of every NewLiner employee’s work within the organisation.
A systematical and coherent operational model ensures the high quality of our services nationwide. We make sure we clearly understand our clients’ expectations regarding the quality of our product and services. Our work is carried out in accordance with the agreement with our client, and in line with our operational model and responsibilities as described in our operational principles.
Each employee of NewLiner stands behind the high quality of their own work as well as for that of the product and services we provide. From the start, the work is done correctly, effectively, economically and safely, using environmentally conscious methods.
Any deviations from the highest quality are handled openly and without delay. Causes of any observed deviations or complaints are investigated, and corrective measures are taken to prevent reoccurrences.
